The Art of Weight Lifting: Gets Results

That's what the Revolution is about. The Revolution is the re-introduction of weight lifting into the "normal" person's fitness lifestyle.

Let me explain that a little deeper.

You've seen them a million times. Probably even own a few... the dreaded infomercial fitness product.

These evil contraptions and programs consist of...

  • Ridiculous programs... aka... Hip Hop abs and the mountainous slew of Latin inspired fitness dancing.
  • Incredibly advanced and intense programs... aka... P90X. It's got some great stuff, but how many people can do pull ups? How about just one pull up? Can you?
  • Worthless ab machines. These should just be wiped off the face of the planet.
  • And so many more.

It's because of these things that you're incredibly skeptical and spend the great majority of your time going from one solution to the next.

Heck... I've been there myself. When I was little, my parents bought tons of these things. We ended up having...

  • Three or four different ab machines.
  • Two different stepper machines.
  • Countless videotape workouts... I'm talking before DVD's even existed.
  • The Gazelle... don't even get me started.
  • I actually bought with my saved money from a summer job a weight lifting machine (ahhhhh the beginning).
  • The Total Gym... the worst machine ever
  • And the last one was a classic folding bike machine (I can't remember the name of it). It was very popular during its time.

I hope you can see that, even though I was young at the time, I've been there.

After my long 7 years of weight lifting and eventually becoming a personal trainer, I decided to take a different training path. That's when The Art of Weight Lifting began.

I'll stop rambling because I think you get the point.

The Revolution is weight training for women and it's guaranteed to get you results. You're probably conjuring up a bunch of different objections like...

"But Dan... weight lifting is going to make me huge."

"I don't want to spend hours in the gym."

"I don't have time to weight lift."

Well in that case I invite you to learn a little bit about what weight lifting and The Art of Weight Lifting are about in detail.
