Fitness Mindset

This is a new piece to the site I wanted to add. I've been studying a lot of mindset recently trying to help Taylor and I grow this business of ours and really deliver the best service we can.

All of this mindset studying and learning has been having a big impact on my life and I wanted to make this my little corner and share with you things that I've been learning and applying to my life.

There is one thing that I can tell you for certain...

Whether in fitness or life itself... if you want to accomplish your goals, even go beyond them... you need to improve the mind and deprogram many of things you've learned growing up.

So I hope that this new section will help you push well beyond your current fitness goals and maybe it might help you achieve things outside of your life as well.
