What Is The Best Way To Lose Weight? This Is The Only Safe Way!


It seems like there is a million and one way to lose weight if you watch TV or open up a women's fitness magazine. If you go based off of these things, you'll see an assortment of options all tell you that their solution helps you lose weight. Here is just a sample:

  • Quicktrim... thanks Kardashian sisters. Too bad they don't even use it themselves.
  • Fat loss supplements... Hydroxycut? They got banned twice before for safety issues.
  • Ad rockers and rollers... You can't maximize or lose long term weight by only working your abs.
  • Nutri-System... It can help in the short term, but it's not even close to a long term solution. Are you going to pay for their food for the rest of your life?

So What Is The Best Way To Lose Weight?

A simple balance of nutrition and exercise. It is not any harder than that. In fact here is the no holds bar truth about how easy this can be.

  1. You don't have to give up your favorite foods. You just have to know when to eat them.
  2. You do have to control your portions which is nothing but a habit.
  3. You only have to exercise 1.5 to 3 hours a weeks maximum.
That's It!



It almost seems too easy doesn't it? But let look at why this works and why it's the best way. Why it's really the only true way.

You Don't Have To Give Up Your Favorite Foods



Most weight loss solutions either have you completely give up your favorite foods or find substitutes. I am all for the substitutes but when you are just starting out, you want to keep change to a minimum. This helps to increase your success rate.

1. You want to find what I call a fulcrum food or drink.

A fulcrum food or drink is something you eat everyday that is responsible for a lot of your weight gain. Here are some examples:

  • Coke
  • Diet Coke
  • Any soda drink
  • Energy drinks
  • Alcohol
  • Sweet tea
  • Pastries
  • Not eating breakfast
  • Bagels
  • Cheese
  • Ice cream
This is just getting started because there are lots of examples here. Here is a story about why this works so well.

One of my clients, Donna, use to drink sweet tea daily and a lot of it. If you have never had sweet tea, you are missing out. It's a great drink but it's loaded, supersaturated with sugar.

She gave it up cold turkey and lose over 10 pounds in just weeks time. It was incredible and that is the power of a fulcrum food or drink. My husband's friend did the same thing with regular Coke. He just gave it up and lose over 4 inches from his stomach in a couple weeks.

It's about moderation, substitutions, and options.

2. You Have To Control Your Portions

This is similar to the fulcrum foods because if you're anything like most people, you eat way too much in one sitting. This is a combination of eating the wrong foods that don't fill you up and getting the wrong nutrients.

Once you learn to eat foods that are high in fiber and high essential nutrients, you will feel much better and you won't have to eat as much food.

This can be tough to do for many women, but the results are huge.

3. You Have To Exercise 1.5 To 3 Hours A Week

You might be wondering what 1.5 to 3 hours of exercise looks like during the week. It can be 3 workouts of 30 minutes each or adding an extra one that is 20 minutes long.

That is not bad is it? It's even easy?

What makes this even easier is having the right program to follow. You can't go into the gym or stay at home working out without a proven program. If you try that, you are just going to waste your time.

With a program that is built to your level of fitness, you will see extremely fast results.
