Is Exercise Impossible To Do And Maintain?

Over the past three weeks or so, the mainstream news has featured somewhere around three different new diets.

All of these are some sort of drastic change to the way you not only eat but how you eat. Some of them even go as far as saying you don't need to exercise or you only need to walk for 20 minutes a couple times a week.

This made me think to myself...

What's Wrong With Exercise?

Is is really that hard to do and fit into your life. Let's take a look at the newest and hottest diet called the Dukan diet.

It's requires different stages. The first stage is where you eat nothing but protein and and a special oat brane for fiber.

You do that for a month or so then you can add veggies, but not too much. Then you can add more, but you have to go through a week of the first sage again.

In other words, it's a challenge to not only stick with it, but to just use the diet each day. Things are so restrictive, it ruins food for you.

Why would you want to do that to yourself?

Plus it also doesn't build any lean muscle so your metabolism never truly grows.

Here's Why Exercise Is The Best Diet EVER!

Exercise routines consistently used in your weekly routine along with eating clean, is the best what to go.

It only takes about one and a half hours of actual exercise a week. When you eat clean, you can eat amazing foods with very very little restriction. Compared to these crazy diets, this is like being on vacation.

Plus, exercise builds lean muscle mass which drastically skyrockets your metabolism.

You know all of this stuff already so maybe you can answer this question for me...

Why do women consistently ignore exercising and clean eating which is easy and ten times more fun to do?
