I heard that quote from my husband which came from a book he was reading. I really like it because it's true. Not matter how big the door, a couple of small hinges can easily swing it open.

In other words... small changes and have huge effects.

I get to talk to lots of women and most women make the same mistake when pursuing their weight loss and fat loss goals.

That mistake is setting a big goal (lose 40 pounds, 20 pounds, etc... ) and doing that's it.

That's a mistake because the big goal can be very motivating, but when you actually start to take action it can seem like you'll never hit it. That discouraging feeling can destroy your changes of success.
