Have you ever thought about that question before? If not then I think it might help to make this "lose weight" issue seem a lot easier.

Here's what I mean...

What's the real problem with your body right now?

  • Gaining weight
  • Not happy with your body
  • Lack energy and confidence
  • Not fulfilled with your current lifestyle
There are probably a few more, but in just a second, you are going to see how easy just a couple things can solve all of these (and it's not exactly what your thinking)!

So what do you really want? Are you searching to stop gaining weight... if you want to lose weight, how much do you really want to lose?

If you want to change your lifestyle, what do you want your new lifestyle to look like?

After you think about that, you should know exactly what you want, at least initially. At this point it's taking those small steps to get there.

If you are putting on weight and it's driving you crazy, the solution is easy. Stop eating so much. Here's what you need to do. Track the foods you eat, when you eat them, and how many calories they have. To get a good approximation of calories for things like sandwiches, use the Nutrient Database.

Do this for two weeks and don't miss a day! After this time period you will know on average how many calories you are eating, the foods you're eating which will probably shock you, and exactly what you have to do to change.

It can't get any more black and white than that. Now you can learn to cut your portions and use clean eating to lose weight. To get faster results, you can join my club and I can help get you the right fitness programs and recipes too. After that it's just a matter of time.

If You're Not Happy, Low On Energy, No Fulfilled

All of these answers boil down to a lifestyle change. As you probably guessed, it comes down to being more active and helping your body feel better all the time through exercise and eating foods that make you feel good.

The thing about this is, some woman have never really felt what it's like to be healthy and full of energy... or they can't remember. Maybe you are like this too.

To get to that feeling all you need are two to three workout days a week. Eat a little less food as you start to also eat healthier foods with more nutrients. And track the changes you are making. Everything else seems to really fall into place after you start that process.
