Top Ten Workouts Songs

There isn't anything that can get you quite as revved up and ready to go for a good workout than good workout songs. Having a good list of is vital, research shows that people that listen to up beat songs when they workout burn more calories and work out more intensely then people who either don't listen to music at all or who listen to slower songs. In fact... music can help to increase endurance by as much as 15%! Also increased is the speed that you workout, and when surveyed people enjoyed working out more when they had music playing in their ears. Having a great song list is a good idea, but I hate it when I got to sit down to get new music and go "what songs do I want?" So here are a few of my favorite workout songs to make it easier on you, instead of sitting and looking at the itunes screen with no idea of what you want.
