Top Ten Fittest Cities In America 2010
Taylor R

Each year the American College of Sports Medicine puts together a really big survey and study to help determine the most fit cities in the nation. Check it out the top ten healthiest cities below to see if your home town is listed.

I am sad to say that Charleston didn't make the list (which ranked 50 cities). Boo.

?How were the cities ranked? Based on what it offers outside of gyms. The number of parks, bike paths, outdoor recreation, etc. Other factors that played a part in the ranking system included life style, disease rates, and the amount of healthy food consumed.

The Winner:

1. Washington, D.C.
