Tony Robbins: The Way to Beat Failure

Personally I'm becoming a bigger and bigger Tony Robbins fan... and as you know, I'm a huge fan of improving mindset, thinking, and productivity.

First off, I'm not one of those new age thinking people that says all you need to do is think good and your good to go. Because actually learning to think positive is really hard.

This audio that I'm posting here is an old Tony Robbins seminar. He gave this away for free so I'm going to assume it will be ok to share it with you. Don't tell just in case ;)

It has to do more with money and creating wealth, but listen to it anyway because you can easily relate this to hitting your fitness and health goals. And being healthy is the most important thing in life... more important that money!

Here's what I really liked about this audio

  • Negative attitude wipes out all self discipline - If you have a negative attitude towards getting in shape (in anyway) then you will never achieve your goal. You have to get a positive attitude.
  • Learn to turn frustration into fascination - When you don't get what you want, be fascinated and learn from it. However if you follow what we teach here... you will succeed no matter what!
  • Act as if it were true - This is really huge. Let's say you are struggling to go to the gym one day. Well just pretend and act like you are pumped to go... you will quickly find you become really pumped and then you're off!
  • Manage rejection - Whenever something doesn't go your way... don't quite, just keep moving forward. You only fail when you quit for good... not when you have a short term failure.
