Feminine Toned Lifestyle: Home Workouts... Planks

Personally I really love going to the gym, but I understand that not everybody either wants to pay for one or has quick access to one.

That makes working out at home a priority.

Well it's not a problem and it's actually a new section that we are currently working on for The Art of Weight Lifting. We are making a section for home workouts if you have some equipment like...

  • Dumbbells
  • Bands
  • Stability Ball
  • Pushup Bars
  • And a few other things

But we are also going to create workouts if you don't have any of that and just want to do body weight workouts. Trust me these can still get you Feminine Ripped... but maybe not as quickly.

Anyway, today's video is one of my favorite home exercises... great for your core!
