I'm hitting you up with all my really old video first, but these are good!

In this video you're going to learn some great arm and back exercises. Don't get intimidated by these... especially the pull ups.

Each of these can be done by beginners and remember that if you are brand new... start with some light weight (or heavy weight on the assisted pull ups) and concentrate on form!

I really encourage you to work on the pullups and get to the point where you can do 10 or more with using your body weight.

Sure that probably sounds like an impossible feat for you... be I know you can do it!

Just keep at it and remember this is fitness lifestyle so take your time and work up to it.
