No one wants to feel their jeans fitting tighter, or a little more pronounced jiggle to the arm… so don't let this happen.

Following these tips will ensure you don't fall victim to "overnight weight gain."

The 5 Must Know Nutrition Tricks To Keep The Fat Miles Away

It is amazing to think how quickly those pounds added on during your last vacation, during the holidays or just during the last month. Even more amazing is how hard they are to lose… that is for most people.

Losing weight is hard for pretty much everyone, but if you break it down it doesn't have to be… but it's hard to make the commitment to make the necessary changes and stay committed.

Why do you feel that urge for that chocolate brownie when you know you should say no?

Why does that fast food joint (a.k.a. fat food joint) seem to take control of your car on the way home? Instead of home cooked grilled chicken, you open a paper bag and hand out burgers and fries to everyone in the house.

This doesn't have to be an ongoing battle. You can lose weight and you can fight these nasty urges so that you see your pants fitting looser and your cravings decreasing.

To help you win the battle… I am going to give you the top 5 tips for losing weight and keeping it off. But, for even better success, I don't want you to read this and forget about it. Print it, and read it every morning. That way these positives changes will always be in your head and you will stay more motivated and the results will show.

1. Eat 4-6 times per day. Eating more times in the day actually helps to keep your metabolism revved up on high and keeps you from feeling ravenous. How many times have you been so hungry when you got to the kitchen you ate everything in sight? Eating smaller meals, more often will keep this from happening.

But it does mean that you will have to plan your day a bit. This also works in your favor because you know ahead of time the healthy foods you are eating for that day, no trips to the snack machine!

I pack a lunch bag the night before. It includes a morning snack, lunch, and a mid-afternoon snack.

2. Breakfast is your friend. Stop thinking about calories… if you have avoided breakfast for the past few years because you thought it was best to lower calorie intake, you are wrong. Actually, by not eating breakfast you are doing a disservice.

Many, many studies have shown that people who eat a well-balanced breakfast are lighter, have a lower risk of heart disease and are more energized… this list goes on and on.

During the night your body runs off sugar, so in the morning you are depleted… hence that breakfast is like filling up your gas tank! It gets you started for the long day ahead. It really is the most important meal of the day.

3. Back to the basics… no more TV dinners and cokes! When it comes to TV dinners and other processed foods, many claim to be healthy but in truth they could be holding you back. Many of the additives actually make it hard to lose weight and promote fat storage! The same goes with cokes… even diet!

I know this is going to be hard at first for many, but put down the cokes and grab water instead. Water is what the body needs… it helps it to run efficiently and will have the pounds washing away!

My trick for processed foods is that if the ingredients are too complicated to pronounce, then pass it up! Stick with fresh fruits, vegetables lean protein and complex carbohydrates.

4. Exercise! This is an obvious idea for weight loss, but few people actually take it up… or if they are exercising they aren't doing the right form of exercise.

Sure cardio is great, but it isn't all that you should be aiming for. Hit the weights! Weight lifting not only speeds up the metabolism, it burns calories for hours after you're finished, builds lean muscle and will have your body tighter and smaller!

Cardio should be done post weight lifting workouts for no more than 45 minutes. In reality 20-30 minutes of cardio is optimal! It is just a part of the workout, not the star of the gym.

5. Live a little. How many times have you tried to lose weight and given up just a week into the plan? Most people have been there, done that.

Don't forget to give yourself a treat from time to time. It is ok to enjoy a piece of chocolate, as long as you do it sparingly. Plus this will make it more like a treat and less like a normal part of your day.

If you don't give in to cravings fro time to time, you are going to find yourself miserable and unmotivated. On top of all that, if you deny all your favorites, then you are sure to break and end up binge eating a whole bag of your favorite cookies… you get the picture.

So remember, you can relax and still enjoy your favorites, it will keep you on top of the game and more motivated for the long run.

So there you have it, the 5 tips to help you on your weight loss journey! That's what this is… a journey that you can come out successful and amazing! Don't let this be just another failed attempt to reach that dream weight.

Need more? Well, you're in luck. There is one more trick up these sleeves to help not only keep the weight off but maybe see a few more pounds fall off too! This supplement is completely healthy and is one of the few that I actually recommend…

That says a lot.
