Besides January, the biggest time of year that fitness is on people's minds, September is that time of year. Yes, I was shocked too. After the lounging summer months a lot of people pack on some extra pounds. The days were longer and you probably staying out with friends and family drinking frosty cold brews as the sun set in all its glory. All those carbs thought added some poofage to your midsection, maybe under your arms, or perhaps the butt and thighs. Now it's time to get that fitness training program back up and into full steam. Fitness Training Success Tip 1: Find Accountability Holding yourself accountable is really difficult and every time we try, we usually fail. That's OK thought because that is why we have friends... to help us out when we need it. You need to find a friend or a group of friends to turn to. They will help keep your fitness training sessions going. When you set a goal that other people hold you accountable for you need to hit it or else suffer the ridicule. Fitness Training Success Tip 2: Set Short Term Goals You have only a few months left in the year now... OK so you have four months. But this is a perfect strategy to use anytime of the year.
Breaking your goal list down into smaller chunks really helps make it seem easier. You will not be daunted by losing 30 lbs... but lose 5 per month is more than reasonable. Fitness Training Success Tip 3: Set Up A Big Event With the Winter Holidays coming up soon, you need to set up a big event. Maybe you can take your family to a tropical island to celebrate the Holidays. Try to make it something where you can show off your new body. Something more reasonable would be to wear a really tight sexy dress to the company Holiday party. You can watch as all the women there stare are you in envy... that's what proper weight training for women does. If you have something huge like that to shoot for, you will find it more important in your mind. So you will go after the goal with more vigor. Find more useful fitness training tips that you can apply to your health goals. Just remember that you need to weight train. That will change your body in ways that will astound you. Imagine that.
