Sometimes we just need an extra boost to put the gym shoes on and head out the door. And sometimes we REALLY need an extra boost to say no to a second helping of birthday cake. Trust me, I can relate. There are days when it takes all my strength to walk away from the fresh baked cookies in the lounge at work. One great motivational tactic is to stick up quotes around you. In your bathroom, on the fridge, in your office, you get the picture. All you need are some note cards, sharpies, and tape and you are on your way to being your own motivator. The next piece of the puzzle is of course finding great quotes. I know this can be a lot harder than it sounds because we only want the perfect ones. I have spent hours looking for quotes. In college I even kept a journal of all the quotes I came across and liked. So in an effort to get you highly motivated and in a positive atmosphere, I am going to make it easier and give you some great quotes that I have found. Just jot them down on cards and tape them around you. The most important place, I think, to stick first is in the bathroom. This is because it is often the first room you go into in the morning so it is only appropriate that the first thing you see is a motivational quote!
