What is better than starting each and every morning with your blood pumping and you feeling awake and ready to take on the day?

Your fitness lifestyle should be one where exactly that happens. By incorporating just a few moves when the alarm goes off you can feel better about the day ahead.



2 Ingredients to Add to Your Morning… & This Is Not Just Breakfast

You have probably read that breakfast, as part of your morning routine, is extremely important to losing weight. I am not discrediting the preachers of this sentiment because not only am I one of them, but they are 100% correct.

But would you like to boost your morning to the next exponential level?

Yes?

Well add some exercise in the form of pushups.

Have you ever been really tired and told yourself… "Gosh… I really don't feel like going to the gym today. #$@&... I will go anyway and get this done."

And then when you go, you feel energized and you end up having a great workout. You get your blood flowing and your energy up. Using it feels so good! Well the same idea is going to apply to your mornings from now on.

When you get up - right after you eat your breakfast, go do this push up routine…

  1. Buy some push up bars… don't have any? Do push ups the good ole fashioned way.
  2. No matter how bad you don't want to… get down and pump out as many push ups as you can do.
  3. Wait 30 seconds
  4. Pump out more push ups and again as many as you can do.
  5. Wait 30 seconds
  6. Pump out more pushups and again as many as you can do and don't hold back… really push it!
When you are done and you stand up… whatever the tired, sluggish, or "get out of my face" morning feeling you might have felt will have been replaced by… "I am the shiznit!!!" feeling.

Don't be surprised if you feel like pumping out a fast core routine. In fact go for it!

Here is a quick Core Routine that you can do…

  1. Lay down on the floor
  2. Lift your feel off the floor to about 6 inches… keep your lower back on the floor
  3. Scissor kick for 1 minute
  4. Rest 30 seconds
  5. Scissor kick for another 1 minute.
Good for you… you have done more than 99% of people typically do in the morning. It will also follow you into your day and make you be a lot more productive.

Now not only have you eaten a great tasty breakfast that has revved up your metabolism, but you have shocked your muscles and woke them up to further boost your metabolism. Hey you are feeling pretty darn great… get off to work and kick some butt.

Kick some butt and lose some fat… life is good.
