Who Is Taylor Ryan-Boyle? - The Head Trainer

Taylor Ryan probably has more passion about the fitness industry than anybody else. She has come from a tough background with difficult personal weight issues that have shaped who she is today... and the type of personal trainer she is.

Taylor is the co-founder of The Art Of Weight Lifting... Dan and Taylor together set out to revolutionize women's workouts. The two of them are dedicated to teaching and helping women to not just change their bodies but their lives.

Taylor is a certified personal trainer through NASM and is dedicated to educating women on the correct and healthy way to get the "feminine ripped" body of their dreams. In a nutshell, it is time to turn off the treadmill and step into the world of weight training.

Here she is...

"On a more personal note, I was always an active and physical kid. Ranging from gymnastics to diving, I was always into sports and very active. My freshman year of college, I stopped being involved in fitness and it quickly took its toll on me. 30 pounds later, I had to learn how to get it off.

I was like most women, lost as to where to get started. I wanted to fit body, but I didn't know what to do. I tried some healthy and some not so healthy ways to get the weight off... I finally did but I still wasn't happy with myself. I just felt like a smaller fat and soft version of my formerly larger self.

This is where Dan came into the picture... we both were into exercise but while I was running hard on the treadmill and the roads, he was lifting weights. Finally he dared me, not able to pass on a dare I took him up on it to try lifting weights for my workouts... I was instantly hooked.

And the rest is history... trainer, figure competitor and athletic coach my life screams health and exercise.

I love working with women and watching their strength and confidence grow. And finally giving them the help and answers that I wish I had had back in my heavier days.
