Who Is Taylor Ryan?

Taylor Ryan probably has more passion about the fitness industry than anybody else. She has come from a tough background with difficult personal weight issues that have shaped who she is today... and the type of personal trainer she is.

Taylor Ryan is the creator of the Real Women Lift Blog and a regular contributor to The Art Of Weight Lifting. She is, besides myself, the head personal trainer.

Taylor is a certified personal trainer through NASM and is dedicated to educating women on the correct and healthy way to get the "feminine ripped" body of their dreams. In a nutshell, it is time to turn off the treadmill and step into the world of weight training.

Here she is...

On a more personal note, I was always an active and physical kid. Ranging from gymnastics to diving, I was always trying new sports. My freshman year of college, I stopped being involved in fitness and it quickly took its toll on me. 30 pounds later, I had to learn how to get it off.

After many healthy and unhealthy attempts to get fit, I finally learned the right ways. Over the past two years I have redesigned my eating habits and workout programs to get real results... results that can be duplicated for other women. We can all have a great body, we just have to know we can and then learn the proper way to get it.

"Hey Dan & Taylor! It's Jamie. I used to be a personal trainer and currently a practicing registered yoga instructor. So when you invited me to give a professional opinion of the site, I was a little skeptical. However, you guys really went above and beyond with this. That way you integrated balance & flexibility training with weight training... is the missing piece in the fitness industry. You did a great job, keep it up." - Jamie Bailey

"Dan & Taylor... Thanks for getting me back in shape before my wedding. I knew I needed help and yall had exactly what I was look for. Your workouts are so customized to me and I love the recipes you offer. I never knew eating healthy could be so easy.
