Who Is Dan Boyle?

Dan Boyle is the co-creator of The Art of Weight Lifting. His significant other is the head trainer, Taylor Ryan, and along with their good friend Valerie... they've set out to help women change their bodies.

Dan has been into fitness his entire life. He's been playing competitive sports since he could walk and has excelled in golf.

He first started to learn to lift weights when in middle school... the first years he began to play football. He learned a lot by watching his older brother at the time.

It wasn't until after college that he tool his fitness to the next level and began to train really hard. The results changed his life and his confidence.

Even since then he has been helping his friends and family with weight training.

Enter Taylor Ryan...

Dan met Taylor during her college years and noticed that she was struggling to get results with her fitness lifestyle. That's when he forced her to try weight lifting and the rest is history for Taylor.

Dan thought it a great opportunity to open up an online personal training site for women. He noticed that women more than any other group of people were struggling in the gym...

And having Taylor practically obsessed with fitness made the decision a no brainer.

The Art of Weight Lifting was born!

Now Dan helps handle all the tech stuff with the multiple sites that are running and he is also an expert at program design and continues to study it.

He's excited to see where this site can go and hopes to help the hundreds of women he knows The Art of Weight Lifting can.
