Who Is Dan Boyle?
Dan Boyle is the creator of The Art of Weight Lifting and author of The Weight Lifting Revolution Blog. He created this community to help provide weight lifting programs that work to get you ripped and turn your whole life around. Dan is a NASM certified personal trainer. What is that really? The National Academy of Sports Medicine. They are the leading authority in fitness education. Ok enough with the third person... I have been lifting weights since I was around 8 years old. Obviously back then I didn't do it consistently enough to become a miniature bodybuilder, but I learned a lot from my brother. He was an All State (Ohio) swimmer. I continued weight training off and on up until high school where I stopped cold after my freshman year. Finally once in college I devoted my lifestyle to weight training again... and 5 years removed from college and I have been weight training consistently for over 7 years. My Mission: To provide what nobody else in the industry provides... real thought out monthly workout sessions. Not just fad routines with a couple pictures, but a weight training lifestyle...
