Treadmill Workouts for Women
Welcome to the treadmill workouts page for women. Personally I am not the biggest fan of treadmills, but if used properly, they can provide you a great workout. The fact is most women workout on the treadmill in the worst way possible. In fact it's so bad that doing "these" types of workouts adds body fat to your body. So if you're going to use the treadmill, then you must use these workouts.
