Welcome to what's probably going to be one of the most popular workout section of all the programs I offer... the weight loss exercise programs. These are designed to give you that full body blast that will have your body fat melting as if were in the oven at 350 degrees. These come in different levels so please follow these guidelines...
- Beginner: Either brand new or have worked out consistently under a year
- Intermediate: You've been working out consistently for at least a year
- Advanced: You've been consistently working out for at least 2 years
