4. Horizontal Jumps:

Finally you have the horizontal jumps. These are similar to squat jumps but since your are moving a distance, there is more power and strength used. Remember that when you mix the use or strength and power, you have a great fat burning recipe.

This is also a pretty fun exercise because it has you moving a distance which can make you feel better.
