This is a great piece of equipment and it can successfully be used by every fitness level.

What makes this so powerful is that it not only works your core the entire time, but it will activate your lower back making that stronger...

...your shoulders and arms ...your butt and hamstrings ...it's pretty much a full body exercise

It's very easy to do in the morning as a way to kick start your body because you can do it for only three minutes, which is actually a great limit of time to do it in.

Tricep Exercises for Women

It's one of the most asked questions I get both on the Internet and even with my personal clients... everybody wants to know how to shape up their triceps.

The upper arm is definitely a sensitive spot for many women with the enemy being that underarm jiggle. It's actually pretty easy to get rid of it... lose the body fat.

Remember that exercising your entire body and the larger muscle complexes in your body will burn fat from your entire body faster than exercising just a small area like the triceps alone.

With that said, here is a video that I made that will give you some really good tricep exercises for women and they are easy to add into your current workout program right now.
